Spidey's Web Silicone Stretcher From John Thomas Toys

Written by  May 11, 2022

The web slinger certainly knows how to stretch things nicely

I received a message from John Thomas Toys to ask if I would like to review their latest silicone stretcher.

As I can never say no to JTT, of course, I said yes. Although I did have second thoughts after I was told the name. I do not like creepy crawlies, so you may understand why I did hesitate when I found out its name - Spidey's Web.

"These bumps feel fantastic and can also be used to measure how far you manage to take the length of Spidey's Web. As I moved the stretcher around, the feel of them had me squirming and curling my toes quickly."

Joanne

Luckily I was assured no spiders were included, which put my mind at ease.

With that reassurance, I was happy for them to send the silicone stretcher set to me to review, and I just needed to wait for them to arrive.

Delivery & Packaging

As usual, JTT shipped this Spidey's Web set to me quickly in a plain box. No writing on the side of the box announcing its contents. Just a plain cardboard box with my address label attached.

On opening the box, the contents are packed with paper packing material to help keep them safe. So much better for the environment than plastic and reusable as well :-)

I like the minimalistic packaging used on John Thomas Toys dildos and stretchers.

John Thomas Toys use a robust and thin heat sealed wrap to protect the stretchers. Each wrap has three stickers, a holographic JTT logo, one to let you know the firmness rating and the last to remind you to ensure that you wash the stretcher before use.

Along with the stretchers, I received a faux velvet storage bag for each size of the stretchers. As well as a few vac-u-lock compatible JTT design suction cup holders.

Materials and design

John Thomas Toys use medical grade silicone to make Spidey's Web. I prefer silicone insertable toys because they are non-porous, body-safe and PVC free.

Silicone is also a more robust material than some of the others cheaper toys may be made of. This means it could last you a long time if looked after properly. You can also enjoy temperature play with Spidey's Web.

The colours look amazing on this dildo and those textures feel sublime.

I always recommend using a water-based lube with silicone toys. My current favourite is J Jelly.

JTT use copper moulds for manufacturing all their toys; this process is more expensive than the standard process. However, it is worth the extra cost as it ensures that every dildo produced in that mould has the same bumps and ridges as the ones made before.

Spidey's Web design was brought to life due to the many requests JTT received.

"We've had 100s of requests from customers since we've been trading to make a Spider Man dildo, well here it is....enjoy.
All four models are available in the original pantone Spider Man colours.
This masterpiece took over eight hours to create by our head designer with beautiful webbing and rippled spider skin."

Image showing the rounded tip on Spidey's WebI now understand the name JTT has given this impressive stretcher with that quote.

Spidey's Web looks a little like a web tower, with a broad base which slowly narrows the higher you go. The tip is rounded and smooth. Around the shaft are prominent ridges made to look like a spider's web, with smaller webs between the more pronounced ridges.

On one side of the bottom ridge is the JTT logo, which adds to the whole look. In the base is a vac-u-lock compatible hole.

You have a choice of four sizes but also two firmness ratings. There is also a choice of colours available. I received all four sizes with a soft firmness rating. The colour I received is a red and blue mix. The colour is unique to every stretcher because it is made using a hand-pouring technique called fusion.

With each stretcher, you will also receive a faux velvet storage bag. The faux velvet is in black and has the John Thomas Logo and text printed in white on one side. You also receive a free vac-u-lock compatible suction cup holder. These are JTT's own design. While the base is fairly ridged, it holds the weight of the stretchers well.

The suction cup holder works best on a clean, smooth surface. However, I recommend if using the XL size, it may struggle to hold up sideways.

Performance

Spidey's Web is a stretcher designed to be used anally it can also be used vaginally. I have used it vaginally for this review.

I found the rounded tip made it easy for the initial insertion. The width slowly expands as you move down the length. The web design has lovely deep ridges, giving great stimulation during movement. The most enjoyable aspect for me was the joints which create large bumps at various intervals.

The textured are fantastic and the branding looks great too.

These bumps feel fantastic and can also be used to measure how far you manage to take the length of Spidey's Web. As I moved the stretcher around, the feel of them had me squirming and curling my toes quickly.

I really enjoyed the feel of Spidey's Web when I twisted it around as I moved it in and out. This is when the bumps and ridges really do get to work inside me.

Another great option with this stretcher is provided by the vac-u-lock compatible hole in the base. I used this to attach Spidey's Web to my fucking machine.

Image showing the vac-u-lock compatible suction cup holder in the base of the Spidey's Web
The included vac-u-lock compatible suction cup adaptor works well and the hole in the base gives you lots of play options such as fucking machines or even strap-on harnesses.

As I played with the small and medium-sized stretchers, the weight was not too much for my fucking machine. I would recommend checking your machine motor is capable of handling the weight. This is especially important if you want to use one of the larger sizes.

I recommend checking the measurements on JTT's website before buying one. They provide an incredibly comprehensive set of measurements for you. What would be a small size elsewhere is entirely different from JTT.

These are big boys and the texture makes them so much fun to use, Spidey's Web gets a huge thumbs up from me.

Final Thoughts

Spidey's Web feels excellent to take vaginally, and I can only imagine the feel of it anally. It is just a little too big for me anally, so I chickened out using it there ;-)

Even after saying that, it really does feel amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the feel of every ridge and the stretch it provided.

If you are looking for something to provide a good stretch, I recommend looking at Spidey's Web.

I was sent these Spidey's Web Stretcher by John Thomas Toys and I would like to thank them for giving me the opportunity to review it for them.
