John Thomas Toys Vac-u-lock Compatible Floor Stand

Delivery and packaging

I can always rely on deliveries from John Thomas Toys being prompt and, more importantly, discreet.

This delivery was no exception; the plain brown cardboard box in which the floor stand arrived had no indication of what was inside. It also doesn't mention John Thomas Toys on the address label, which is great if you value discretion.

Inside the box, the floor stand and its rubber ring were wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap packaging to ensure it arrived safe and sound. The usual shrink-wrap packaging that JTT use makes opening and getting it ready to use a doddle.

A simple but elegant solution for holding large dildos when you play.

Materials and design

One problem with large dildos and stretchers that I often highlight in my review videos is the difficulty you usually have with standing them up vertically.

John Thomas Toys do send out a rather good vac-u-lock compatible suction cup adaptor, which works well, but even that can struggle with the larger offerings from JTT.

Another drawback with the vac-u-lock suction cup adaptor is that it has to be used on a smooth, non-porous surface like tiles or in the bath.

This floor stand completely negates both problems in one simple solution.

The JTT floor stand is a rather sturdy cast metal domed solution that carries a CNC-made vac-u-lock adaptor on its top. This adaptor can be removed by unscrewing the locking knob on the underside. This is great, as JTT plans to add other attachments to the floor stand soon.

It is easy to strip the stand down for cleaning or to attach other adaptors (coming soon).

The metal floor stand has a textured powder-coated finish in black, and it looks rather nice.

It is heavy, with the die-cast steel dome weighing in at 1.58kg / 3.48lbs.

It does pose a scratch risk on things like rubber flooring, but JTT have thought of that, and a rubber ring is included when you purchase one, so you can set it on that.

I chose to glue the rubber ring to the underside of the metal dome base using some impact adhesive after taking the review pictures, making it easier for me to use it that way.

The aluminium vac-u-lock attachment is machined and has a lovely finish, and I can confirm that it works well with XL John Thomas Toys dildos and stretchers.

The floor stand comes with the usual lifetime warranty from John Thomas Toys and it is so sturdy you needn't worry about using it, but it's nice to have it there just in case you have a problem.

Performance

After taking pics for this review, I was keen to take it for a spin and opted to try it with a selection of the dildos I am still reviewing.

As always, I recommend adding some corn starch of the official Vac-u-lock release powder into the hole on the base of your toys. This makes removal after play much more straightforward and reduces the risk of damaging your toy in the process.

First up was the XL Leviathon. Now, this is one seriously big dildo, and while I can't take it (a girl can dream), it did confirm that the floor stand helps a lot, keeping it upright and ready for play.

I also tried the Anal Explorer and Four Dragons dildo with the same results. Each dildo was held perfectly in place and ready to play.

Swapping for something more to my capabilities, I enjoyed being able to use it without the problem of the base of the dildo slipping or moving when things got a bit intense.

The floor stand holds everything right where you want it, which means you are in control of your toy and can get it exactly where you want it.

The floor stand hold dildo securely in place making it much easier to line everything up and play.

I can see the floor stand being extremely popular with anyone involved in photoshoots or live video performances, and it makes using even the largest of dildos manageable. This leaves you free to concentrate on your performance and enjoyment.

In fact, I would say that the floor stand could quickly become a necessity for any performers out there who want to up their game.

I'd love to see JTT develop and release a double vac-u-lock attachment for the floor stand. Can you imagine the fun that could be had with two JTT dildos secured in place?

The John Thomas Toys Floor Stand is the perfect addition to anyone's collection of larger-than-life sex toys. It makes setting up and using them so easy.

It happily handles even the largest of dildos with ease and, once positioned, allows you to do your thing with ease.

The floor stand is going to become an essential must-have for anyone who performs with their sex toys or basically for anyone who enjoys using large toys and understands the frustration that keeping them in place can often cause.

I like the floor stand and will continue enjoying mine for many years to come.
