DIY Bi-Polar Insertable Electrode - The Curly Wurly

For Intense Vaginal Or Anal Penetrative E-Stim Pleasure

This is e-stimsons's design for a bipolar insertable electrodeAfter making my Bumble Bee Tri-polar estim electrode, I was contacted by the very talented e-stimson on smartstim.com as he tweaked my design for me making it even better - thank you.

He also came up with this fantastic design for a bipolar insertable electrode for anal and vaginal use. I was immediately intruiged, and he gave me a copy of the design files so that I could 3D print and make one for myself.

This article is going to cover the build of this electrode as there is quite a lot going on with this one, it is much more difficult than my Bumble Bee Electrode for a number of reasons.

Firstly, the design is complicated with screw threads and spiralling channels which will need to be printed with supports. This is to compensate for a 3D printers inability to print an overhang over about 60 degrees. These supports are used to support overhangs such as the ones found in the spiralling groove, and they mean much more post print work is needed to remove them and clean up the model.

So a lot of sanding will be needed to smooth everything out once printed.

The next problem is 3D printed objects by their very nature are porous, and that is a bad thing for insertable objects as you have to seal the surface to prevent bacteria and mould growing inside.

My Stereostim Estim Control Box Build Part 2

This reviewer and power tools just don't get on

You can find the first article in this build diary in My Stereostim Estim Control Box Build Part 1

This project has been on the back burner for a while now for a number of reasons. Firstly time has been an issue for me, with so many new products arriving for review it is pretty much flat out on that aspect of my site. You could say that I am a victim of my own success.

The second reason is that I well and truly messed up when trying to drill the front panel for the control box. There was I thinking using a pillar drill would be easy but I was doing something wrong. Maybe the wrong drill speed or whatever. In any case, the mess I made of the panel put a real downer on things, and I turned my attention to my reviewing. Vowing to get back to the build when I had a solution for the panel.

I now have one such solution, regular readers will know that I now have a 3D printer (an Ender 3 to be precise) and that has been a godsend for me with this project.

As well as allowing me the freedom to start self-learning how to design things in 3D CAD using Fusion 360 it has allowed me to 3D print my first printed e-stim electrode. I had so much fun creating the Pussy Clamp Electrode, a 3 pole electrode that can be used for pleasure or torture.

You can read all about my Pussy Clamp Electrode - The Bumble Bee in its own build diary.

After finishing that project, I turned my gaze once again at my stereostim box and realised I could just design and print a front panel for the control box. Easy peasy, well not so easy as it turns out as the panel is wider than my printers bed, so I have had to design the panel in two halves that will be printed separately and then glued together with some reinforcing to give the joints lots of strength.

This is the finished right half of the front panel in Fusion360

Once the front panel had been designed I then exported the design to my slicing software which is Cura (ver 2.1.2) where I configured how it was going to be printed out. Each half was printed with a layer height of 0.2mm on a raft.

I then exported the gcode and uploaded it to the 3D printer and printed them out using some stock red PLA that I want to get rid of (horrible colour).

Image showing the right half of the panel in my slicing software Cura
Cura is the program that slices up the design and creates the code to be sent to the 3D printer

Then it was a simple task of hitting the print button and sitting back for three hours while each was printed out in PLA.

3D Printing one of the panel halves

I used my Ender 3 to print the panel in two halves, this is the right side of the panel mid print.

The results came out very well indeed and I now need to glue the two halves together and fit the components before adding some re-enforcing strips to the glued edge (belt and braces).

With both sides printed I need to glue them together next

I am pleased with the results and how accurately all of the components fit in their designated holes. My next task will be to design a sheet with the control information on it that aligns with the components. This will then be glued in place and a sheet of fablon will then be added to protect it and give it a waterproof coating.

DIY Pussy Clamp Electrode

For BDSM clamping and stimming of the labia

After having so much fun creating my DIY Clitrode I decided that making DIY eletrodes is something that I want to explore and as I now own a 3D printer many more opportunities for doing so have just sprung up. My next electrode is a BDSM pussy lip clamp that can also be used for e-stimming.

It was inspired by the amazing creations of @_DeviantDesigns (Check out their Patreon Page and show them some love), in particular their pussy clamp EM60 mounting box. Check out some of their incredible creations here - There’s no limit to the connected sex toys you can build at home.

So, as I am learning 3D design the hard way (trial and error), this was a huge leap forward for me and I decided to create a basic pussy lip clamp that uses two 6mm bolts. The center piece would have teeth to aid in grabbing the skin and preventing it slipping off due to lube and vag-goo. The outer sections are designed to hold two lengths of 6mm conductive rubber tubing.

This rubber tubing will have a wire threaded through it to remove any resistance issues with the rubber and to ensure there are no hot spots. In use it is deisgned to clamp the labia and then allow for you to attach the rubber tubing to your e-stim control box for some added 'stimulation'. It should be a lot of fun, especially in BDSM scenes.

This was the first prototype design, the little icons at the bottom of the pic show how many steps it took to sculpt in 3D using Fusion 360:

Black Collection Bi-Polar Estim Electrodes From E-Stim Systems

A new range of bi-polar insertable electrodes for size queens everywhere

It isn't often that I find myself incredibly excited when a favourite sex toy manufacturer brings out a new product. That was precisely what happened when I saw the Tweets from E-Stim Systems when they revealed their latest creation at Gear London in July 2018.

I was delighted when I found out that the new product launch was another insertable bi-polar electrode as this style of electrode is gender neutral which means anyone can enjoy one.

"I finally got it in, and it took my breath away. Its weight and girth feel amazing, and there is no doubt that you are very, very full with this one. I salute anyone who can take it anally."

Joanne

I was even more excited when Mick from E-Stim Systems got in touch to tell me that I had something on its way to me in the post.

Imagine my surprise then when a large and hefty box arrived. Upon opening it I was greeted by not one but the entire Black Collection range of electrodes to review. This last week has been a blur of electron-induced orgasmic pleasure. So let me give you my thoughts on the latest range from insertables from E-Stim Systems.

Silicone Noir Ovid Electro G-Spot Estim Dildo Review

Zapping my lady bits whilst quimsticking is my idea of heaven

I just love it when I receive a product to review that ticks all of my favourite boxes. E-stim fun, yes, dildo fun, yes, and body-safe materials, that's a definite yes.

The lovely people over at Electrastim sent me one of their Silicone Noir Ovid Electro G-Spot Dildos to review for free in exchange for a fair and honest review. I was delighted to have been asked to review this dildo for them. I have already reviewed a number of their products including the EM-60E estim control box, their Prestige Cock Rings, a Silicone Noir Butt plug and their Jack Socket.

In profile, you can see that it gently curves upwards and ends in a nice bulb which feels fantastic against my g-spot. There is also a ridge halfway down the top of it that gives added stimulation.

Joanne

Anyone who follows my antics on here will know that I adore dildos but even more than that I love electrosex in all of its forms.

This dildo combines the two, and it does so in style. So without further ado, here are my thoughts on the performance of this bi-polar e-stim electrode.

EStim Resources

This page is the hub of everything estim related on this site

Three years ago the amazing guys over at E-Stim Systems got in touch asking if I would be interested in reviewing some of their e-stim equipment. I had to be honest as I had never even heard of estim or electrosex (sheltered upbringing I guess LOL). Anyway, they sent me my first e-stim control box and electrode set the fantastic Series 1, and I was instantly hooked. I had never had a hands free orgasm in my life, and as I enjoy some light BDSM play, it fitted in with that style of fun as well. I cannot recommend that everyone should give it a go, what have you got to lose?

Anyway, this page is the hub of everything e-stim related, and it provides links to the three main areas of my electrosex activities. Reviews, advice articles and DIY self-builds. There are also some handy quick links on the left of this page - the links with the stripey background, you can't miss them >>>

My Stereostim Estim Control Box Build Part 1

And so my Stereostim build begins

After waiting what seems like forever I have just about everything that I need to start my Stereostim E-stim Control Box build.

There are a few things I still need such as a box or enclosure for it, but I can't finalise the size that I need until after I have to build a test version of it on the bench to check it works and to work out my space envelope for the box.

Here is a pic of most of the components, there are a few others out of shot, but you can see that this has dozens of components to assemble.

Most of the components for the Sterostim build

I have a few reservations about my front panel design, and the biggest is whether or not all of the parts will fit that tightly together on the inside of the front panel.

I, therefore, dug out an old Tupperware box, printed out a full-sized copy of the front panel and I glued it to the side of the Tupperware box. This copy allowed me to drill out all the holes for the components and to be able to build the desktop version of the system actually inside the box.

This will allow me to sort out wiring runs and I will be able to securely mount all of the small components like LEDs and switched that would just get trashed if I built it flat on my desk. This seems like a logical approach, and while it won't look pretty, it will satisfy my curiosity as to whether everything will fit together on my chosen size of front panel 9"/22.8cm by 3.9"/9.9cm.

I decided to tackle the two most intricate and worrying parts of the design, and those are the Electrode Routing Switch (4 poles 12 way) and the Tri-Phase electrode joining switch (4 poles 5 way).

The two most complicated switches are finished

Both of these switches have been built with male and female sockets on short lengths of wire coming from them. This way as everything is modular, if I get a fault, I can just disconnect the problem module and bypass it. I will then only lose that modules functionality, but I will still be able to use the box.

My first problem was my choice of wire. I had gone for 1mm2 wire which is way too thick. I then remembered that my partner had some spare 12-way trailer cable in the garage and so I pinched a bit and stripped that down to use the thinner wire. This has is proved to be much better.

DIY Clitoral Estim Or Electrosex Bipolar Electrode The Clitrode

For hands free clitoral stimulation using a Clitrode

I have only ever used commercial e-stim electrodes when masturbating, but recently I joined a forum called SmartStim - http://www.smartstim.com and have learned so much about DIY electrodes from articles on there.

You can join SmartStim for free, but you need to be a member to read their articles. It's an excellent resource for anyone wanting to learn more about e-stim or electrosex, so I highly recommend joining.

It was while reading some articles on female e-stim masturbation that I saw some fantastic designs for clitoral electrodes or clitrodes posted by a member called "Tank Girl". Her electrodes got my attention as they look so functional and they intrigued me, so I started to design my own.

I Am Going To Build A StereoStim E-stim Control Box

I am hoping to build one without frying my pussy lips!

Anyone who knows me or reads my blog will know that I adore E-stim or Electrosex. I can quickly achieve some fantastic hands-free orgasms using the electrodes and control boxes that I have, and it has me wanting more regarding both power and features.

My all-time favourite e-stim control box is my 2B from E-Stim Systems, it ticks all of the boxes and is a fantastic machine. It's some of its advanced features such as the amazing audio function that has me curious to try new electrode combinations, as well as the illusive Tri-phase set up. This is an electrode and cable setup where the stimulations feel almost 3D and can move around inside your body. The thought of that has me gagging to give it a go.

You can create an account for free on SmartStim.com and benefit from immediate access to some amazing advice from some very serious e-stim players.I recently joined an amazing forum called SmartStim.com and it's a wealth of advice and knowledge of the whole estim scene. It was whilst reading a multitude of posts there about triphase that I learned of the freely available plans to make your own Stereostim system. It was like a lightbulb ighting up in my mind acccompanied by a 'Ding' noise when I read about it. I just have to try one and the only way to do that is to build one for myself.

Here is a draft design of the finished projects front panel

My concept of the front panel of my StereoStim Control Box

Now then, I'm certainly no electronic engineer (although I have dabbled in the world of arduino projects) but the plans are pretty straightforward, and it utilises a commercially available amplifier to do the complicated work. The rest is just wiring, switches and other necessary electronic components. I'm making it sound easy but I imagine it won't be and building one is a monumental task I am setting myself, but I am determined to give it a go in my quest for more orgasms.

I plan on blogging about the whole build process so that anyone else who follows in my footsteps can learn from my experiences and mistakes of course. My first plan is to do lots more reading on SmartStim.com and to start procuring all of the components. I will then build it in a modular form on the desk without worrying about a housing. That way I can construct something that works before breaking it down and putting it into its housing. I want to give the box a medical look as this machine will be great for medical roleplay scenes.

Here is a block diagram of the circuit

A block diagram of my StereoStim Control Box

This is going to be a hell of a ride, and I hope to come out of it without setting my pubes on fire or frying my fanny lips. Fingers crossed on that one anyway. So wish me luck, and I will keep you posted.

The first batch of parts have arrivedUPDATE 25/1/18: Parts are now arriving and I am getting excited now to start the build.

So far I have received a four way five pole switch, various plugs and sockets, the LED's and their metal holders, some connectors and the 12V media player that the system will run around.

UPDATE 28/1/18: I have been playing around with some bits and bobs and have managed to build an Arduino based VU meter that is working well. I'm not sure if it will make it into the final build but it gives me something to do whilst waiting for the rest of the components to arrive.

The Build

My build is now underway slowly, you can follow the build on my build diary.

ElectraStim Silicone Noir Rocker Butt Plug Review

A silcicone butt plug with a shocking twist

I was delighted when the lovely Cara Sutra sent me this silicone e-stim butt plug to review for Bondara. It ticked all of my boxes, these being fun butt sex and of course e-stim action.

I was sent the Electrastim Rocker Medium to review in exchange for a fair and honest review.

It almost feels like a good rogering and I had no problems edging myself with the controls to the first of many orgasms with the Rocker.

Joanne

Anyone familiar with my blog and my review will know that I absolutely adore electrosex or e-stim. I have a large collection of control boxes and electrodes but this is my first silicone butt plug electrode. So I was curious to see how it would stand up to the metal ones in my collection.

So armed with an intense curiosity, a kinky streak a mile wide and lots of water-based lube it was on with the review.
