Right guys, listen up. In this instance size really does matter.

Cock rings are used to help get an erection and to maintain it for longer, they can even aid in confidence boosting and can also a visual treat. A cock ring can make your cock harder by restricting the flow of blood out of your penis and this can make it harder, they can even help you to keep your cock hard for longer than usual.

It's the fact that they are designed to restrict blood flow that makes correct sizing of paramount importance. If it is too small then it will cut off blood flow which isn't good for your penis and if you get one that's too big then it won't do its job properly as it won't restrict blood flow out of the penis.

How To Tell If Your Vagina, Clitoris, And Labia Are All Healthy

This ladies and gentlemen is one of the oldest of self doubt questions and it's right up there with the other classics such as "Is my dick big enough? (for the guys of course)" and "Does my bum look big in this? (for me when I buy a new dress)".

The answer of course to the age old question of "Is my vagina or vulva normal?" is a resounding YES and no as well. Yep, that's a bit confusing but it won't be soon I promise. You see, there's no such thing as a "norm" for vulvas, vaginas or clits for that matter so yours can't be compared against one.

You can forget what you have heard from your snarky friends, from the media or from watching porn, we are all different and every pussy looks different just as all mens genitalia looks different as well.

It's a complete myth that there is such as thing as a normal vagina in the looks department that is, I will come onto health issues later in this article. The honest truth is that your pussy is entirely normal - for you.

Some Inspirational E-stim Masturbation Techniques

First of all, this article is a little bit naughtier than my usual ones, and it depicts explicit visual demonstrations of electrode positioning on both penis owners and vulva owners so before you scroll down, please make sure it is safe and wise to do so where you are.

If you don't know what e-stim or electrosex is then check out my beginners guide to e-stim. It is a fantastic way to masturbate, that can lead to a hands-free e-stim orgasm.

This article is not safe for workI am often asked where are the best positions to place electrode pads as well as insertable electrodes and so in this article I will explain some of the ways that I have discovered to give yourself hands-free orgasms for both penis owners and vulva owners.

Yes, it is possible to achieve true hands-free orgasms while stimming, but it does take a bit to trial and error to find out what works best for you and let's face it just doing that is a good excuse to dust off the e-stim control box and to start experimenting.

Safety First

Think safety, always use equipment designed for the jobThese positions and masturbation techniques listed should only be done using equipment designed for the job. Remember that you shouldn't be passing an e-stim current any higher than your waist unless using specialised equipment designed to do just that.

Make sure that your e-stim equipment is serviceable and has passed any relevant standards such as the CE mark in Europe. Examine cables for damage especially near to the plugs and remember to attach electrodes with the control unit switched off to prevent any nasty surprise shocks.

Always think safety when you play with electrosex equipment as let's face it you want to be achieving hands-free orgasms for a long time to come.

Safety Note: Trimming Pad Style Monopole Electrodes

Recently I have been made aware of two instances of pad style monopole electrodes cauing problems in the form of arcing.

The first was when as small 25mm pad-style electrode that wasn't very sticky that touched a metal electrode causing a huge drop in resistance with caused the edge of the pad to actually start to heat up, smolder and then catch fire. The image below shows that pad. The moral of this one is keep your electrodes seperated.

"Well - yesterday I was worried that the magic smoke may have escaped from my transformers or amp ... but everything seems fine (coil resistance seems right, no evidence of overheated or failed components, power supply voltage correct).
But I heard a crackle and smelt the acrid smoke of fried electronics. Of course, emergency power off! Just about to test things again today, when I noticed the smoking gun! These 25mm pads are not very sticky, and this must have shifted to short against my cage/common terminal.
No sign of injury, and I didn't feel anything. But if I had been restrained, so I couldn't cut the power....?"

The second what when a pad that had been cut down arced and caught fire while fitted to the user's glans (eek). It looks like too much of the conductive wire was trimmed away, so please ensure that when trimming pads, you don't trim off too much. The user was using the pad with Tensive Conductive Adhesive, suggesting it wasn't too sticky either.

"It arced right where the black dot is on the left
the next closest wire or electrode was several inches away
4+
This was head common
the only other electrodes was a CR loop at the base and a CR loop around balls
I watched it arc to itself
bright flash and then immediate flames
I clearly cut through the strands of wire at the end, it's hard to take a picture of though cause black on black"

I urge everyone when using new equipment or altering equipment to be very wary when using especially for the first few times. Ensure that you can quickly remove the power and have a damp cloth to hand to cool things down quickly if something goes wrong.

All E-stim Advice & Reviews On This Site

I thought that it was high time that I put all of my electrosex resources in one place so that anyone interested or curious about this amazing sexual activity can get some good advice and information about the equipment involved.

For anyone new or curious it can be a very confusing activity with lots of strange names for equipment and I hope to clarify that on this page. You can find my beginners advcie articles here together with reviews of every piece of e-stim equipment that I own.

What is E-stim?

E-stim involves electrical stiulation of the genitalsE-Stim or Electrosex are the terms used to describe the use of electrical stimulations sexually in order to achieve an orgasm and it can be practiced by both men and women. When I first started using estim equipment at the beginning of 2016 I wrote a Beginners Guide To E-Stim from a female perspective but it offers good advice for guys as well, so check it out if you are unsure about what the activity entails.

Recently though I thought I should try to express myself and I wrote an article detailing why I enjoy electrosex so much.

If you fancy giving BDSM a try, here are some helpful pointers

If you have entertained thoughts of experimenting in some BDSM fun and games then first let me tell you that you are in fact entirely normal. Did you know that in a recent YouGov poll (Feb 2016) it appears that a staggering 12.7 million Brits have been tied up or have fantasised about the activity? Well it's true and also pretty comforting, so you are definitely not alone.

It now seems that Bristol is the BDSM Capital of the UK (source express.co.uk) having snatched that salubrious title from Penrith in Cumbria last year.

Eighteen per cent of the country have been tied up during sex, and another 19 per cent say they haven’t been, yet - but would love to try it. So what are you waiting for, dip your toes into the turbid waters of the BDSM community.

Bondage has always been in our awareness, and it features heavily in erotic novels and even classical art. More recently the 5o Shades Of Grey books have really raised awareness (often in the wrong way), and it has been cited as one of the main reasons for the growth of the activity globally. Its mainstream media coverage has lead to open discussions of BDSM and has allowed lots of people to admit to their desires and interest in these activities.

So just what is BDSM and why is it so enticing?

Anal Sex Doesn't Have To Be A Pain In The Butt

For years I shied away from having anal sex, telling myself that it was too painful and that it wasn't for me. That was in part because of some failed attempts in the past that involved pain and that really put me off but since starting to review sex toys I decided to revisit this often taboo sex practice to see if it really could be pain free.

I am delighted to tell you that it can be and that I now thoroughly enjoy it reveling in the fact that my back door swings both ways now.

"For most of my life I used to have just a backdoor, but now I've got a saloon-door back there".

Joanne

So what is the big secret to pain free buggery? Well it isn't very complicated at all and most of it is in fact common sense and in this article I hope to pass on my experiences to hopefully make it as enjoyable for you as I find it.

Or...how to enjoy zapping your lady bits

The fact that you are reading this tells me that you are either curious about the whole E-Stim or Electrosex scene. Or you are amazed that anyone would actually apply electricity to their genitals and want to find out more about this way of getting yourself off.

Yes you read that right, you can get yourself off simply through the use of a bit of electricity.

Now the key to my last statement was "a bit of electricity" and while not entirely compliant with the SI system of measurement for electricity the "bit" that I am talking about is really very tiny. I do not suggest that you wire your genitals up to the mains socket in your bedroom for obvious reasons.

If you ask most people what they imagine the sensations to be like when playing with e-stim equipment one common answer is the shock delivered by an electric animal fence. Nothing could be further from the truth, and for a newcomer, it really is a confusing area of masturbation, through this article I hope to shed some light on this tantalisingly pleasant masturbatory practice.

We are all taught at a very early age of the dangers of electricity and here I am condoning, nay, recommending its use as a masturbatory aid. Yes, electricity is dangerous, but with the correct equipment and with safety paramount in your mind it can deliver mind-blowing orgasms, hands-free. Now I bet that has now got you really curious so read on to learn of the ins and outs of this kinky sexual practice.

Advice on buying your first vibrator

It doesn't matter if you have just turned eighteen or fourty, buying your first vibrator is both a confusing and a scary prospect. I bought my first ever sex toy through an advert in a mens magazine when I turned 18. Back in those days there was no way I was going to go into a seedy sex shop, so I ordered it by post and was terrified that my parents would open my mail when it arrived. To overcome this worry I met the postie every day at the bottom of the drive. After a very tense period of waiting it arrived and I was keen to try it out, however it wouldn't even switch on, I was gutted and had no way of getting my money back.

These days you have more choice than ever in the way that you can obtain a vibrator or any other sex toy for that matter. Modern sex shops are clean and very friendly places and you can always order one from the myriad of websites online. The choices available are literally mind blowing and it pays to do a little research before you part with your cash.

Hopefully this article will give you some pointers and advice. I hope it makes your journey of sexual awakening both a smooth and enjoyable process.

Thinking About Buying A Sex Or Fucking Machine?

As with anything else, it always pays to do your research when planning a major purchase. Hopefully, this guide will give you a few pointers to check up on before you part with your cash. Sex and Fucking Machines are expensive pieces of equipment, and as with any type of product out there the marketplace is filled with everything from junk to amazing bargains. I should know as I have tried the best and the worst.

This article aims to describe the different types of sex machines out there and what to look at when considering buying one. With some luck, it will help you avoid buying a lemon and mean that you get more fun and enjoyment out of your new bedroom accessory.

"Buying a Sex Machine is a huge commitment, there is a lot of choices available, and it definitely pays to do your homework and find out what really makes the machine that you are interested in better than the rest."

Joanne

Which Sex Toy materials are best?

Your foremost consideration when selecting a sex toy, whether it be a vibrator, dildo or anything for that matter is what material it's made out of. Some materials are amazing for sex toys and some are outright dangerous, I hope to shed some light on the best and the very worst of them out there to hopefully help you make an informed decision as to your next purchase. So in other words I am going to highlight:

"Materials I think are good for the pink and materials I'd frown at even for the brown."

To start off then I will concentrate on the best materials for sex toys and these are:

  • Silicone
  • Glass
  • Stainless Steel
  • Ceramic
  • Wood
  • Hard Plastic
  • Aluminium

These are by far the best materials for sex toys and all of them are Phthalate free (more on this later in this article). All are non-porous which means that they don't have microscopic holes in them that are ideal breading grounds for bacteria and as such they can be safely shared if they are sterilised between users.

Remember that all of your sex toys should be non-porous, this makes them easy to clean and above all safe to use. Porous sex toys harbour bacteria that are very difficult to kill even with sex toy cleaners and these toys can easily give you bad yeast infections or worse.
