When the box arrived, it was plain and discrete. The only thing on the box was brown parcel tape and the shipping label. JTT do not even have the website on the shipping label.

I really appreciate the discrete shipping. I feel assured of my privacy and that the delivery driver has no idea about the naughty contents.

Inside the box is a good amount of packing paper. The paper helps to ensure the contents do not move during transit. Under the paper were all four sizes of the Stanmore Trainer

Also inside the box were four storage bags and four vac-u-lock compatible suction cup holders.

I was sent all four sizes of Stanmore Trainer and I had a lot of fun getitng to know them.

Materials and design

I received the multi-coloured Stanmore Trainer from JTT. The colour mix is made using a hand-pouring technique called fusion. This method produces a unique colour finish for every trainer, so every dildo made is different and unique.

JTT offers a choice of four sizes, four colours and two firmness ratings. I received all four sizes in the medium firmness rating, and I think this firmness rating is perfect for this toy.

Stanmore Trainer is a platinum-grade silicone depth trainer. Silicone is a fantastic material for insertable toys. This is because it is non-porous, body-safe and hypoallergenic. Silicone is also PVC, latex and phthalate free. It is also a more robust material than cheaper options, so you can boil it to sterilise it or enjoy some temperature play. Treat it well, and your toy will last you for years.

JTT uses copper moulds to manufacture all their dildos, stretchers and depth play toys. This is an expensive option but ensures that every item from that mould will be identical.

Stanmore Trainer is a smooth designed depth trainer. It has a rounded, narrow tip that slowly expands as you move down the length. Towards the end, the shaft suddenly narrows before flaring out again at the base. This flaring provides a nice plug and doubles as a great handle. The JTT logo is on the narrow section of the bottom of the trainer. Under the base is a vac-u-lock compatible hole.

The shape of Stanmore Trainer makes it really easy to insert and it gradually widens.

JTT are so confident in their items' quality that they provide a no-quibble lifetime replacement guarantee.

JTT provides a free faux velvet storage bag with every depth trainer. The storage bag is a black faux velvet. The material is a thick faux velvet of good quality, and the finish is excellent. With a drawstring closure, the bag features their logo and name printed in white on one side.

JTT provides a free vac-u-lock suction cup holder with every compatible dildo, depth trainer or stretcher. The cup holder has a robust base and rounded flared ends. The rounded ends hold onto the silicone well and help prevent ripping on removal.

John Thomas Toys supplies a vac-u-lock compatible suction cup adaptor with each Stanmore Trainer.

Performance

Stanmore Trainer is designed as an anal depth trainer. It's also a good design as a stretcher for newbies to anal play.

I do not usually play anally; however, with the narrow tip and the gently expanding shaft, I decided to enjoy Stanmore Trainer in the correct hole ;-) I played with the small size, whilst sub 'r' enjoyed the medium size.

As soon as I was ready to play, I carefully added water-based lube to my back hole and the Stanmore Trainer tip. Positioning the tip in the correct position for insertion was easy.

With some gentle pressure, the tip slid inside. The sensation as it was pushed past my ring of muscle was a pleasure. I really enjoyed the feel of the smooth design.

I pulled it out slightly before pushing it deeper, then pushed it in again. The sensation of the smooth silicone gliding in and out of my back passage felt sublime. The deeper it went, the wider I was stretched.

As someone who rarely plays anally, I enjoyed the gently expanding shaft and thin tip. The long shaft meant I could insert as much as I wanted until I reached the stretch I sought. I only managed to take about one-third of the length. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, though, and now I have set myself a challenge to work to take more.

Stanmore Trainer is very flexible due to it modestly sized shaft thickness.

Hi, it is sub 'r' here. I wanted to let you have my opinion of the Stanmore Trainer too. I could take about half the length of the medium size. I found the narrow, rounded tip made insertion quick and easy.

Using some water-based lube on my anus and the tip of the Stanmore Trainer, I was ready to see how deep I could take it.

The tip slid in easily. Pushing it in was a smooth and easy experience. The smooth design felt fantastic as it glided deeper. The gradually expanding girth stretched me nicely. I enjoyed using a push and pull action while slowly pushing it deeper each time. The feel of the stretch and deep penetration was pure pleasure. Back to Joanne for the rest of the review :-)

Cleaning Stanmore Trainer is straightforward. The smooth design means there are no areas where any gunk will get stuck. I like to clean mine in hot, soapy water. You can also boil-wash it to sterilise or place it in the dishwasher.

Stanmore Trainer is a vac-u-lock compatible trainer, so you can use the vac-u-lock- suction cup JTT provide, a fucking machine or a strap-on.

Once I am happy it is completely dry, I place it inside the JTT storage bag. This is so it is ready for next time.

Stanmore Trainer due to its flexibility is not ideal if you are looking for fucking machine play with it.

Final Thoughts

Stanmore Trainer is a smooth depth trainer. The narrow tip makes insertion easy. I really like the slowly expanding shaft and the rounded design.

I found the bottom made a great handle. I also liked the medium firmness rating, but the soft rating might be better if you want something softer. The trainer is very flexible, so it is also quite comfortable to use.

With the four sizes to choose from, this is a great choice for those both new to anal play and those with more experience.
