Plans, plans, plans and the shitshow that is 2020

Getting busy with it....

Well, it seems like I just keep getting busier and busier. This week saw me breaking through the magic 100,000 page views a month metric, and that has really cheered me up.

I have been laid up with pneumonia for over a week now feeling rather sorry for myself, I think I am on the way back to health again now, but it has left me so run down.

So as you can imagine I was delighted when I checked out some statistics about my site and realised that finally, after five and a half years I have hit 100k page views. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with my rambling posts for all this time.

As the title of this blog post alludes, while in bed, I have been staying busy by thinking and planning where I go from here. My e-stim electrodes have proved to be a huge success with me receiving compliments about them almost daily. So, I will be building yet another Voron 3D printer to help me keep up with demand.

I design small BDSM items for my own use and for using on the delightful sub'r'. I'm going to be offering those as well in my shop, so kink can help pay the bills LOL.

I am starting with my Gas Mask Restrictor that I designed a while back, and it has been so much fun to use as it acts as a sniff box too. The design has some useful safety features, and I feel comfortable sharing it with everyone after testing it out.

My reviews and copywriting work is keeping me busy, and I am always looking for new things to review, especially if they are kink or E-Stim related.

Dungeon Space

I am still planning on eventually moving into a bigger office space, one that I can also turn into a dungeon space that will be disabled-friendly. I am a long way off being financially capable of achieving this dream, but every step I make takes me closer to this goal. I call my office my "kink cave", and one day I want to be working from a dungeon - a girl can dream.

This year has been a total shitshow as I am sure everyone will agree, I would like to say that it has flown by, but that isn't true. It has dragged, and there has been so much suffering in the world caused by the obvious pandemic. It saddens me so much.

I am proud to have been able to make so many pieces of PPE to help the NHS staff during the first lockdown and Covid wave. I put my 3D printers to good use and made dozens of them as part of a crowd printing effort to provide much needed items of PPE.

I have had two emergency operations, and they have really taken a toll on me this year, but I am battling on. I have it good compared to so many people, and I thank my lucky stars that I am still here to bore everyone with my posts LOL.

As we approach the end of 2020, there is a glimmer of hope with several vaccines coming online that will hopefully be soon protecting lots of people.

With the end of the year drawing in, there is still no Brexit Trade deal, and that is very worrying. So much for the "easiest deal in history". Like lots of other small businesses I worry about what that will mean in the New Year, hopefully, it will be a happy ending but judging my 2020 so far it will probably all end in tears.

My plans for 2021 are to get better, both physically and also better at what I do. I want to continue educating and helping people discover ways of enjoying themselves. I have several new projects in the wings that I am not quite yet ready to shout about, but one of them should be an excellent resource for the e-stim community at large.

I hope 2021 will see us all getting on top of Covid and starting to respect one another again. We seem to lack a sense of camaraderie in the world today. I always say we are better working together than against each other. Imagine what the human race could achieve if it stopped squabbling and started focussing on the environment and human rights.

I am hopeful that 2021 will be a better year in so many ways, and I hope that you all stick with me through it.

Thank you for reading my posts and work and more importantly thank you for your support.

Stay safe, and let's all enjoy the future.
