JTT dispatched my items both quickly and discreetly. JTT always use robust, plain, well-sealed cardboard boxes for their deliveries. The label did not have the shop name, ensuring the postie had no idea of what was inside the heavy box.

I was really excited to see the contents and was thrilled when opening it on webcam to see it contained the Beast of Bodmin.

It is always a delight to receive all four sizes and it is good to be able to compare them against each other.

The box contains all four sizes of the Beast of Bodmin packed to reduce movement with brown packing paper. Each dildo is wrapped in a transparent heat-sealed film. This helps protect it before reaching its forever home. Several stickers are placed onto the film, one to confirm firmness rating, the JTT logo and another to remind you to wash the dildo before use.

Inside the box are also four sizes of faux velvet storage bags and four white boxes, each holding a vac-u-lock compatible suction cup holder.

Materials and design

JTT use copper moulds to manufacture their unique designs. This is a more expensive option than some other manufacturers use. Still, it ensures that the design remains true no matter how many dildos come from that mould. So, every item produced from the mould will have precisely the same bumps, ridges, etc., as the original.

Using a hand-pouring technique called 'fusion', JTT produces an entirely different colour effect on every dildo they use this method to make. I was sent the pink and white fusion mix. This colour mix looks absolutely striking.

I adore this colour combination, it works so well with the Fusion pouring technique.

JTT uses platinum-grade silicone to produce the Beast of Bodmin dildo. This is my preferred material for insertable sex toys as it is non-porous, PVC, phthalate and Latex free. This makes it hypoallergenic and body-safe. Silicone is also a more robust material than some cheaper options, so it will last longer if looked after well. You can also use temperature play with silicone.

JTT are so confident about the quality of their creations that they provide a lifetime warranty. It is available in two hardness ratings, four sizes and four colour options to give you lots of choices. The designers have taken the legend of the Beast of Bodmin and made him into a stunning, realistic-looking toy. The beast's muzzle is in striking detail, with a large extruding tongue.

The Beast of Bodmin dildo is an outstanding design. Featuring the muzzle of a large cat, the nose and large teeth are clearly defined. The wide open mouth frames the large curling out tongue. You can almost hear the huge beast yawning and picture its tongue curling out as it does.

The attention to detail that the designers made on this dildo is outstanding, it looks amazing.

The tongue looks very realistic (if you do not count the colour). It is long and thick, with curled sides. The tip is narrow, thickening and expanding the closer you get to the mouth.

The JTT logo is under the bottom jaw, and the base has a vac-u-lock compatible hole. I received all four sizes of the Beast of Bodmin.

I also received four sizes of the JTT branded storage bags. These are made using a faux black velvet material with the JTT name and logo printed in white on one side. The seams are stitched together very well. The bag has a drawstring closure at the top. JTT will send you the right size bag for the dildo you purchase.

As the Beast of Bodmin is a vac-u-lock compatible dildo, you will also receive a JTT vac-u-lock compatible suction cup holder. Okay, so that sentence is a mouthful.

The free vac-u-lock compatible suction cup adaptor is very handy and works well.

Performance

This is the part of the review where I let you know what playing with the Beast of Bodmin is like.

Whilst the Beast of Bodmin is a strikingly beautiful dildo, I also had great fun playing with this tongue dildo. The silicone mix that makes this dildo has a lovely, rough skin-like texture.

With the four sizes to choose from, I decided to enjoy the large size. I had a lot of fun with my Beast of Bodmin.

With my trusty water-based lube bottle in hand, I got comfortable and ready to play. Firstly I decided to have some skin play, where I enjoyed the sensation of running the dry tongue over my breasts, stomach, then pussy lips.

The silicone tongue is firm but flexible, making it easy to run over my skin and nice to insert. I added just a touch of water-based lube and gently used the tongue tip to flick my clit. The sensation was nearly as good as a real human tongue.

The tongue is very flexible which makes it so much fun no m atter what hole it is filling.

After enjoying the feel of running the tongue over my clit I needed penetration. Pushing the tip of the tongue inside my wet pussy felt amazing. The thin tip pushed inside easily, and the flexibility ensured a comfortable fit.

Pushing more of the tongue inside my pussy provides a lovely stretch. The curled sides create some delightful sensations against my pussy walls. Pushing the tongue in deep, I enjoyed the feel of the tip brushing my cervix.

Using the vac-u-lock suction cup holder as a handhold made it easy to thrust the tongue as fast or slow as I wanted. It is also a way to spice up bathtime ;-). The suction cup holder works brilliantly on smooth, flat surfaces like tiles or the bath.

I did enjoy some time with my Beast of Bodmin attached to my favourite fucking machine. This is a way to play to enjoy more speedy, consistent penetration. I recommend checking out the weight details of the size you want to buy. This way, you ensure your fucking machine motor can support the weight.

I found the Beast of Bodmin super easy to clean. I use warm, soapy water. Of course, you could place it in the dishwasher if you prefer. I leave mine out to air dry before safely storing it in the storage bag, ready for the next time I want a tongue-lashing with a difference.

There is a lot to love about this dildo, it looks and feels sublime.

I would want to avoid meeting the real Beast of Bodmin, though I certainly like JTT's perspective of the creature.
